First Aid will be clearly available should you need it.
We ask all drivers behave responsibly both on and off site to avoid any problems with the authorities.

A number of photographers/videographers will be on site and your likeness may be used in promotional or press material. Upon entering the site you are agreeing to this. Notices will be posted on the day.

What Does it Cost?
£5 on the gate, under 12's Free. No advance ticket sales.
What are you raising money for?
Profits from the show will go to the charity St Roccos Hospice and our Community Champion Outcry Theatre Company.
Can I turn up to show a vehicle on the day?
NO - Only Motorbikes are accepted on the day with an entry charge of £2.50 per vehicle, for safety reasons all other vehicles must be booked and paid for in advance.
Can I bring my Dog?
Dog's are permitted provided they are comfortable in crowds. There are grassed areas at the edges of the site if you need them.
Will there be catering?
There are a number of caterers on site offering hot and cold food, sweets, treats, coffee and more.
Can I bring a Drone?
NO Drones are allowed on site. Due to changes in the law Drones are no longer allowed to fly over groups of people.
